Shipping

We offer two delivery options across India:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (For Prime Deliveries in selected locations)

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This link allows you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Yes, COD is available in select locations with an additional fee. To ensure order authenticity, COD orders may require phone verification.

Returns

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for lingerie products unless:

  • You received a wrong item (size or color mismatch).
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • An item is missing from your order.

  • Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (in select locations) or guide you on shipping the product back.
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, washed, or worn products.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Panties, bodysuits, and lingerie sets (unless defective).
  • Online Payments: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer; bank details will be required.
