Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to refund items in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached). 

However, due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defects, damage, or incorrect items received.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Just reach out to our support team — you can call or email us with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once confirmed, please pack the items securely in their original packaging along with the updated delivery note, and follow the return instructions shared by our team.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for briefs and any item which are touching intimate area. However, you can return/Exchange your online order for other items.

Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact info@kaminoz.in within 24 hours of the receipt of the parcel to obtain a Refund/Exchange.

Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before our customer care team has advised you.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if a subsequent manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months after delivery. 

Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that we are unable to accept personalised items as faulty if the damage is a result of general wear and tear. Please contact our customer care team if you would like further information.
